Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited has received ICAB National Award-2008 for its published accounts and reports from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh.

Managing director of the bank Muhammad Ali received the award from commerce minister Faruk Khan at a ceremony in Dhaka on Wednesday, said a news release.

Securities and Exchange Commission’s chairman Ziaul Haque Khandker was also present on the occasion.
