Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) opened its 43rd branch at Khepupara, in Patuakhali, recently. Mohammad Ali, managing director of the bank formally inaugurated the branch as Chief Guest.

Among others, Md. Mukhter Hossain, deputy managing director and local elites were also present at the ceremony.

Mohammad Ali said SJIBL has continued its efforts to reach the modern banking facilities at the doorsteps of the general masses and also to contribute in the national economy as well.

He gave a short brief of the bank’s deposit and investment schemes and hoped that local businesses including tourism sector will be promoted through the services of the newly-opened branch.

Md. Mukhter Hossain said Shahjalal Islami Bank has earned the confidence of clients through delivering quality services. Dedicated professionalism has helped the bank to help upward the overall indices.

He called upon to invest in SME, agriculture and fisheries sector through the newly opened branch.
