Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) has opened its 40th branch at Bogra town.
Managing Director of the bank Mohammad Ali formally inaugurated the branch at Baro Gola Mour of the town recently, said a press release.
Among others, Deputy Managing Director Md Mukhter Hossain and local businessmen Md Rezzakul Haider, Md Solaiman Ali and Ohidul Alam addressed the inaugural function.
Addressing the function, the managing director said the bank provides international standard services to its clients and taking it to the doorstep of the people.
He also gave a short brief of the bank's deposit and investment schemes.
The managing director told the function that the bank had become one of the best banks within a short period due to proper guidelines set by the board of directors and also because of dedication and sincerity of its staffs.
Speaking on the occasion, the deputy managing director said the bank is being operated by an expert team of professionals.
The bank officials remain vigilant to reach the quality service of the bank to the clients, he mentioned, the release added.
