Brokerage House of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) “Capital Market Services Division” opened its 2nd Unit at Gulshan in Dhaka City on 03 June 2009.

The Director of the Bank Alhaj Mohammed Hasan formally inaugurated the Unit as Chief Guest.

Another eight unit of brokerage house of the bank would be open in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet and Jessore area during the year.

Among others, Chairman of the Board of Directors Alhaj Akkasuddin Mollah, Directors Mohammed Frooq, Syed Nurul Arefeen, Engr. Md. Towhidur Rahman, Arwer Hossain Khan, Abdul Halim, Tofazzal Hossain, Md. Sanaullah Shahid, Sponsor Shareholder M. A. Mannan, Managing Director Mr. Muhammad Ali and Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain and a good number of clients and well-wishers were present in the ceremony.

A Doa Mahfil was held at the branch premises on this occasion.
